Delivery Times When will my order arrive?
If you've already placed an order, you should have received an email notifying you of your order being shipped, accompanied by a direct link to your tracking number to allow you to conveniently track your package online. If not, you can either visit "M Account" to find out when it will be delivered, using our automated tracking information…
Or, use this fast and easy formula to figure out when your order will arrive:
Day Order Was Shipped + Shipping Delivery Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, you may have placed your order from certigo.us at 1:00 p.m. EST. In that case, your order would have shipped that very same business day. And since we use Ground Delivery, your shipping time will be one to five business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be one day (day order was shipped) + one to five days (shipping delivery time). So you can expect to receive your order at your front door two to six days after you've placed your order.

Click the "Order Status" tab at the top our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
