If you decide you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases made direct, either by phone or online from Certigo, simply return the unused portion with the issued CRA Number and valid proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. This will enable us to offer you a prompt refund for the value of the returned merchandise. Returns and Refund Process To speed your refund or exchange, simply follow these instructions.
For all direct returns, please contact customer service by email at info@certigo.us to receive a Credit Returns Authorization (CRA) number. PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE, USED (OR UNUSED) PRODUCT, AND A CRA NUMBER. Returns must be received within 10 days from the issuance of the CRA number. We recommend that products be returned via a service that offers a tracking system to ensure confirmed delivery. Certigo does not offer a refund of shipping. We refund only the total value of actual merchandise. Complete the form on the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return. Please attach original proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt). Returns will not be approved without a CRA number and original proof of purchase. Retain a copy of this packing slip/invoice for your own records (until you receive your refund or replacement). Securely repack your item(s) in the original packaging materials and box if possible. Remember to include all product(s) and this form. For your protection, you may want to return (ship) the package insured via UPS or regular USPS Mail.
